以前、自動アップデート中に電源が落ちたことで、Elementsが立ち上がらなくなりました。
ソフトを立ち上げると、以下のようなメッセージが出た後、「OK」を押すと落ちてしまいます。
良い解決方法があれば教えてください。（OSはWindows7です）

ちなみに、
\Users\●●●\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\9.0\Editor
の中にある
Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 Prefs
というPSPファイルを一旦消し、再度Photoshopを立ち上げれば同ファイルが新しくなり、
問題は解決するという方法も試してみましたがダメでした。
