YAMADA電気でAdobe Photoshop Elements 13 Adobe premiere Elements 13 の学生、教職員個人版を購入し、
同居している姪でシリアル番号発行を携帯サイトから行って
その後、シリアル番号発行済み
になったのですが、
シリアル番号がメールで届くと記載されていたにも
関わらず
一週間たっても届きません‼️
一週間たっても届かない場合は
下記の所に連絡して下さい
と記載してあったので
0570-023-623
にかけると
こちらでは対応出来ません
と、言われ
チャットでやって下さい
と言われ
チャットをしようにも良くわからない
どうしろとゆーのでしょうか‼️

Photoshop Elements 13を新たに購入したがシリアル番号が届かないということでしょうか。
どちらのショップで購入されたものでしょうか。
